Through this site, I get to befriend many authors. Some authors do not respond on Twitter or Facebook. Some throw a token “thank you.” Many, however, connect and I now count as friends. Marilyn Brant is in this category- what a lovely person and a fabulous author. I have featured her books: Pride, Prejudice and The Perfect Match, and A Summer in Europe. A Summer in Europe was included in Great Thoughts’ Top Books of 2011. Marilyn has done fabulous posts for us – this one on London and this one on her love of Europe.
I would love to go on a Jane Austen tour of England with Marilyn Brant- just throwing that out into the universe…
Great news for us all, Marilyn has not one but two new books out!
The Road to You by Marilyn Brant
“Until I found Gideon’s journal in the tool shed—locked in the cedar box where I’d once hidden my old diary—I’d been led to believe my brother was dead. But the contents of his journal changed all that. Two years ago, Aurora Gray’s world turned upside down when her big brother Gideon and his best friend Jeremy disappeared. Now, during the summer of her 18th birthday, she unexpectedly finds her brother’s journal and sees that it’s been written in again. Recently. By him.”
